Sylvan Valley Lodge and Cellars

The location, private & quiet, close to Helen.

Shared balcony with other room and facing parking lot (we thought it was going to be a private balcony); charge per night is high for how small the room was; WiFi too slow and sometimes hard to connect to; Water and yogurt ran out in common area and wasn’t restocked

Perfect location. 5 min drive to downtown and peace and quiet once at the cabin. Comfy bed & pillows. Cute & cozy interior. Loved everything about our stay & will definitely be back.

It was quiet, we really didn’t lack for anything, but the interest open early or even late, and that was one reason we chose it .

It seemed like a small mountain lodge. Not overwhelming, not tons of people walking everywhere. Everyone just seemed happy to be there.

Love the location and beds. So comfortable and quiet. Beautiful setting. This was our second stay and we will be back.

The communal area upstairs was in need of attention this trip. I was a bit disappointed after our stellar first experience with the lodge.

We stayed for one night. It was an inexpensive place to rest our head for the night after a long drive. We were going to Babyland the next day. The mattress is very low quality. I could feel the springs through the mattress. I really wish all hotels would provide quality, comfortable mattresses to sleep on. Housekeeping could do a little better of a job paying attention to a couple things.

Great safe location, amazing staff and the views are beautiful!!! Can’t wait for our next trip to stay in our favorite suite!!!!
