There were no staff members.

This property has potential but needs better oversight and management. We chose to stay here in order to have more space than a hotel room to hang out and visit. There is a deck on the back of the lodge that is comfortable with Adirondack chairs but very noisy from the road - traffic and speed limit of 55. Snacks and coffee was provided which was nice.

The property was poorly lit, didn't feel secure at night which included a note on the front door stating it couldn't be locked due to "regulations", though there was a key pad. We did not feel safe and 2 of the 3 nights we were the only people ( 2 middle aged women) in the entire lodge with poor lighting and unlocked doors on the entrance and side exterior where our suite could be accessed. Additionally, they advertised fire pits- I asked about using them and was given instructions. That night attempted to light all 3 and all propane tanks were empty. The next morning I was told maintenance doesn't work on the weekend and they wouldn't be able to change the tanks. Very disappointing and a real lack of concern over providing a good experience. I would not stay again and I would never recommend the property. We made the best of it, and spent very little time there except evenings.

The Cabin was excellent, the Lodge location in Helen, Georgia, near the waterfalls and hiking was perfect. Very well maintained, loved the fireplace

Property was lovely. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Location to Downtown Helen was minutes away. Staff were very nice. They set up flowers and candles for our anniversary weekend.

Planned our anniversary at the Lodge. We were very pleased with the ease of check in, cleanliness and how private it was!. We did have a shared balcony but that was fine. Perfect weather 👌. Ac was good and cold. Shower nice and hot. Loved how it was just a short 8 min ride to helen. And Cleveland is just right down the road and has some great restaurants. Try Ol Cyldes!. We will definitely be back thank yall so much. They have have an email and text message that you can contact the employees and they have always been prompted and very helpful to me.
