We booked a room in this hotel in April 2025 for a stay in December. In October we were told the hotel would not be honouring our booking as they’d just got a booking for a wedding. Sadly a lot of alternative accommodation was already gone and prices were much higher. I would not recommend booking accommodation here, particularly during the wedding season, as you could be in for disappointment and extra costs.

Excellent resort with friendly staff. Clean and well maintained. Food was fantastic. Special Christmas events were arranged in the resort that engaged the family so well. The beach in front is very clean and just footsteps away.

"AMAZING PROPERTY NEAR THE AIRPORT!!"

This is an amazing property. One of the best resort in South goa. Highly recommended. We had my daughters wedding event here for 3 days. All the staff and chief coordinator Ms. Stephanie did an amazing job to make the event a very successful one. From the beginning to the end she made sure all the requirements were taken care of and was available for any help any time of the day. The highlight of the event was the food, the variety of options and the quality was great. Special Thanks to FnB manager Mr. Savio who took care of all the requirements.

Fantastic Beach View Room, But Buffet Needs Work we had an amazing stay in a spacious corner room with a superb panoramic beach view—watching the sunset from the balcony with waves crashing right below was pure magic! My family (including two young kids) absolutely loved it; the room was clean, comfy king bed, and plenty of space for everyone to unwind after beach time. It felt like a home away from home.That said, the buffet options were disappointing—very limited variety, mostly repetitive Indian and continental dishes with little freshness or spice balance. Kids' choices were especially limited.
