Basic room, facilities poor. Miserable staff

Green bus. People camp on the green.

Excellent room clean and spacious and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast could do with more variety, for example, fruit croissants and different juices. Overall, good breakfast

Breakfast good, good room with amazing views of the green and bay, good bathroom and shower, comfortable bed, hospitality tray and good TV.

On top floor, which was great for views, however, there was a problem with hot water to the sink at all times. Shower was a brilliant Triton shower, but hot water to the sink was extremely slow and then only luke warm. This did not affect me too much though and I would stay here again,

For the two nights we stayed the experience was satisfactory and acceptable!

The location was fantastic. About a 10 minute drive away from Paignton Zoo, and the pier is right opposite the lodge. The gentleman who checked us in and was serving breakfast was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area for another holiday.

Iffy legs. So the Stairs where a bit of a problem .

Would have liked a choice for breakfast .. as people may not want a cooked one every day .. Perhaps porridge ,fruit and croissants could be added !!

The shower in the room was very good but couldn’t get hot water from the basin tap !! The bed was comfortable but the springs on the top left hand side edge had given way !!
