Position very good clean and tidy nice place to stay

No fan in room

Perfect location, great info about Llandudno in the room booklet, bed was very comfortable, friendly staff, good shower.

Lovely little guest house, location was brilliant. Family room was great.

Room was very hot, otherwise great

I preferred to have my breakfast outside of the accommodation and I never try to have breakfast as we always leave early for our journey.

The accommodation is clean however I nearly bagged my head to the ceiling as we stay in loft conversation room , quiet cold during the night but there is available portable heating , the only thing that I disappointed was the big towel from the basket that I used was smelly and humid however it I asked the owner to replace which is very nice and very approachable person .

Lovely clean big room. Tea and coffee making and a mini fridge. Hairdryer and usb points. Plenty of storage too. Great central location, set back enough for a good sleep but handy enough to nip out for anything you need.

Central location; clean; comfortable; delicious breakfast. But most of all the hosts Zoe & Craig. So welcoming, friendly, and go beyond what you would expect.

The hosts were really friendly & helpful. Breakfast was excellent & freshly cooked to your liking. Near to everything in the centre. Very comfortable bed. Spotless throughout. I was in a single room right at the top. The weather was hot which made the room stuffy & hot, but I don’t what you can do about that really. I would definitely go to Glascoed again & would recommend it.

Although in a single room it was well proportioned and set out without being cluttered and essential furniture present and fit for purpose. Location was great and right on the doorstep of the town. Breakfast was really good, a decent cup of coffee with milk to die for and produce used was of very good quality. Loved the billiard table and bar with honesty policy.

Only one small issue was that light bulb on the lamp was maybe a little too bright.

Not the best value of money. Cleanliness and Host Communication could use some improvements
