"Amazing stay in zermatt"

The staff were great. Very friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast spread was amazing along with to order coffee or cappuccino. The view from the hotel is unmatched. Waking up to the sunrise on the matterhorn was spectacular! They also have a complimentary spa to unwind and recharge, that really hits after a long day of hiking.

The location of the hotel is kind of on the edge of town. About a 15-20 minute walk to the train station. This lets them have one of the best views of the matterhorn, but can make it a little tough with luggage or after a long hike.

Location and views. The receptionist Anita was excellent.

No fan or AC. The bath didn’t have a proper shower. Needs a bit of an upgrade.

"Zimmer mit grandioser Aussicht auf das Matterhorn."

Es gab ein sehr gutes Frühstück. Die Zimmeraussttung ist etwas veraltet. Die Aussicht vom Zimmer, einfach grandios.

Ausstattung des Badezimmers zum Teil unpraktisch. Aufhänger für Duschkopf lose und zu niedrig.
