Breakfast is available from 06:30 until 08:30 from Monday until Sunday. Rooms are cleaned and serviced between 10:00-13:00 (Monday-Friday) and between 10:00-12:00 (Saturday-Sunday). Check-In Time: 14:00 PM Until 19:00 PM Late Fee will be charge 350 ZAR after the given time.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. De locatie is geweldig en de gastheer Dirk is super vriendelijk en zeer gastvrij. Je loopt gemakkelijk langs het strand naar diverse restaurants. Goed Engels ontbijt. Een aanrader!

The property staff are generally nice, the property is clean and the beds are comfortable.

I did not like that when I had issues, the manager of the place took the perspective that I was the problem. First of all my room did not have hot water and he tried to blame it on the times I was looking to shower (saying the hot water is available between 4am and 10am) but even when I was trying to shower around those times, it wasn't hot. It then came out that he switches the water off on his phone and had kept the hot water in our room off. The Aircon also wasn't functioning properly, though they ended up sorting that out, the condescending tone taken when I brought it up was not appreciated. I would still recommend the place, but would advise checking all facilities properly when signing in
