Location is awesome, and the air conditioning is great. Close to the beach and lots of good restaurants. Close walk over to the heart of old town.

Room is small but was great for a long weekend. It might be challenging for a longer stay. Room was clean.

"Never Again!"

The location was excellent. I knew this beforehand as I had stayed there many years before. There's nothing else to like.

Checking in was horrendous. They told me that I needed to provide a photo of my passport through WhatsApp. I couldn't do this as my camera wasn't functioning properly on my phone. I was then told to go to Arrizul Congress to check in. I couldn't find it initially, so I went to Arrizul Beach. On top of that, A wheel was broken on my suitcase. I was very frustrated. They took five minutes or so to respond to a WhatsApp message. I told them that I'm not walking back to the other hotel with a broken wheel on my suitcase. Finally a woman showed up to let me in. You need to go to the other hotel to ask about anything. You had to go there to book a taxi. There is nobody to call or do anything when your neighbors are making a bunch of noise late in the night. The room was tiny. Never Again!
