"Disappointing"

I think it's a good place for older people to stop and relax. Nice area, nice facility, clean. Absolutely not for business travelers A plus for a kettle and a coffee machine in the lobby.

Extremely cold in the room and bathroom. late breakfast. Who starts the day at 8:30??? The Internet does not work. With very thin walls, you can clearly hear your neighbors' conversations.

Herberg de Klomp is een fijn hotel om te verblijven. Met name de hartelijke ontvangst en de inrichting beneden en in de eetzaal is heel gezellig. Het eten is zeer goed. Wij hadden een studio. Het is redelijk minimalistisch ingericht maar lekker ruim en een mooie douchegelegenheid. De bedden zijn prima, maar de kussens te zacht. Er is geen echte kast om iets kwijt te kunnen. Er is geen kluis, maar er komt niemand tijdens een weekend om op te maken of schoon te maken. Even wennen, maar op zich niet erg. Het ontbijt krijg je op een plank geserveerd en is goed. De omgeving is prima voor wandelen en fietsen. Zwolle is een kwartiertje met de auto en heel gezellig.

We komen graag met regelmaat terug. Prettig hotel met vriendelijk personeel in een idyllische omgeving. Het diner was subliem van smaak en met veel zorg bereid. Het suikervrije dessert spande de kroon in zijn smaak, detail en afwerking.

"Nice place to stay, but be aware images can be deceiving."

Nice staff and delicious local breakfast.

We were disappointed by the difference between the images as shown on Booking.com and the reality. Pictures show details or situations that are hard to recognise today. An image with a double bed, colour picture behind the bed and a bath sitting in the middle of the room radiates a certain quality level. In reality the room was under the roof with non-conform seating area and lack of essential bath room amenities and 70ies looking shower.

"Perfect place for a short family vacation"

Perfect location for a silent Vacation. Breakfast was excellent, Rooms were clean. Dinner had only the Restaurant's specific Menu and no other choices for Dinner. It was great value for the Money.
