Reception manned 24 hours and reception was extremely kind and helpful. Location was great for walking to the main attractions and great restaurants and bars were nearby.

Lots of stairs to our room and no elevator. This was only a minor inconvenience as we were on the third floor. we were glad we were not on the fifth floor.

Location

Tiny and old-fashioned room Noises from the corridor were heard in the room and were very disruptive making it inconvinience to sleep Staff spaming whatsapp with messages, unintuitive app for check-in (the staff was there so why we were asked to checkin via app?)

L'hôtel est très bien situé dans une petite rue calme. Métro et restauration à proximité. Réception ouverte 24h / 24. Une mention spéciale pour Gala, à la réception, pour sa bienveillance et son sens du service

Notre chambre était au 4e étage sans ascenseur.
