Postelja bi lahko bila malo bolj kvalitetna in udobna.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Kleinere Reparaturen nötig.

Sve je OK, malo uzbrdo ali ništa strašno, Baščaršija par minuta hoda, stari dio grada. Nema se šta zamjeriti.

Excellent value and wonderful staff. Location is very near old town and convenient for sightseeing. We had two rooms and it worked well for our family for two nights.

Ücret Tur için konuşmuştuk önce 130 dediler ama tur almaya gidince 150 dediler yanlış bir hareket o yüzden daha sonra tekrar odaya gelip 130 demelerine rağmen tur ike gezmeyi kabul etmedim

It's a charming area of the city with great views from almost everywhere you go.

Neither of our rooms hade any view to speak of, despite all rooms claiming mountain and city view. In the first room, appliances were almost falling off of the walls, the night lights both lacked lightbulbs and me being pretty tall, couldn't stand upright in most of the room, including the shower and toilet. When we changed rooms things improved somewhat. Breakfast is included, but not very appealing. Honestly, don't bother with having breakfast at the hotel, if you won't put any effort into it.

The hotel is located in a very nice area. It's just few steps away from Baščaršija which is wonderful for people who come to Sarajevo for vacation and stay there for few nights only. The breakfast in the hotel is very authentic (with crepes, uštipci and homemade jam, sesional fruits and local salami). However, we faced issues with family room. The mattresses are really not ok, also it's in the basement with a lot of kitchen noises. We complained and the next day on our departure, hotel manager was exceptionally kind - he was even willing to refund us the stay. On the other hand, we saw other rooms, and they are extremely beautiful. It's an authentic hotel with kind staff. Recommended!
