Plenty of supermarkets, transportation and places to eat. The pizza place at the end of the street was exceptionally good some of the best I've ever had.

The pictures in the on booking.com where anything like what we stayed in We must have got the last room because it was a dump. I feel like it was a bait and switch. They took the dated tile floor and placed12x12 stick on tile on the floor. it was starting to come up. It was even in the shower. Nothing like a petri dish for mold and mildew and germs to grow. Spend a few dollars more and go somewhere else.

Breakfast was fine with good choices, location was ideal for access to trains and Zermatt.

The shower was good but did not like the shower curtain which is a nuisance and outdated.

Nothing i dislike but a suggestion to add textured strips in the shower to avoid potential slippage.

"Ideal für kurze Aufenthalte und Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Zermatt und die Berge"

Sehr nettes Personal. Bequeme Betten. Ein Hotelshuttle nach Zermatt. Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und gut im geräumigen Frühstücksraum serviert. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber. Bahnhof, Restaurants und Shops sind fußläufig erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Haus.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Ausstattung ist etwas "altmodisch". Beleuchtung in Zimmer und Bad dürftig.
