"Basic hotel but convenient and triple room meant great value for money."

This is an older hotel that has clearly had better days, however we had a one night stop over on the way to Plymouth. The staff were friendly, there was sufficient room to park on site, the bar had large screen TV and the triple room was fantastic value for basic accommodation between the three of us. Breakfast was excellent.

2nd floor water pressure was poor.

"Great value for an overnighter"

Good location. Good value. The room was fine for an overnight stay, clean, with everything you needed. Cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby; Chepstow Castle a 5 .inute,walk away. Tintern Abbey a 10 minute drive.

No wifi in my room - had to sit on the stairs outside. I didn't try the breakfast - had coffee and croissant in the coffee shop next door.

Good location right in the centre of town. The room was very clean, staff were great and breakfast good too.

The bed was quite uncomfortable - it felt slightly tilted
