Quarto moderno, amplo, confortável! Roupa de cama, roupa de banho de qualidade! Ótima localização! Hotel silencioso!

Café da manhã muito restrito. Se não for cedo corre o risco de sair com fome do café da manhã. Um dos dias , cheguei as 9:30, so tinha um tipo de pão e era daqueles fatiados que já estavam no fim. Achei indelicado por parte do hotel deixar o hospede nessa situação.

Zentrale Lage und Nähe zum Hbf war sehr gut.

Täglich wechselndes Personal ließ die Qualität in der Reinigung und im Service sinken. Mal tropfte die Klimaanlage, die Dusche war undicht und jeden Tag fehlte etwas anderes… Handtücher unvollständig, leere Minibar und fehlendes Kaffeezubehör, in der Frühstückstheke fehlte immer mal was anderes oder nach der Hälfte der Zeit war kein Brot mehr vorhanden. etc. Man kümmerte sich zwar stets mit unterschiedlichen Erfolgen, doch nur nach Aufforderung.

We really enjoyed staying in the old part of town which is very walkable and full of little bars and restaurants and boutiques. Close to excellent public transport, bridges, river and museum. The room layout was creative and the bed very comfortable.

Having read other reviews that mentioned noise from outdoor restaurants in the square outside, we requested a room with courtyard windows, but unfortunately due to building work in the next door property this was neither light nor free from annoyance.

Room no 14 was newly refurbished and air conditioned which was great as who expected 32 degrees in Zurich in May. The staff from checkin to checkout at midday were wonderful . They were helpful without being annoying and seemed very proud of their spotless hotel.

A equipe é muito simpática. A localização do hotel é ótima, perto de vários pontos turísticos. Deixam agua de coco e suco no frigobar e a cama é boa. A minha avaliação é muito bom para um hotel boutique.

café da manha poderia ter algumas frutas, o quarto é um pouco apertado mas funcionou. Sabia que era um hotel boutique e nao poderia esperar o padrao de um hotel 5 estrelas.
