Ubytoval jsem se první týden v červnu od pondělí do čtvrtka. Check-in probíhá samostatně přes terminál na vstupní chodbě. Pokoj byl čistý, postel pohodlná. Klimatizaci jsem nezapínal. Snídaně je bohatá a vybere si úplně každý - nezkoumal jsem varianty pro vegany či glutenfree, ale personál včetně managera byl velice milý a ochotný, věřím, že po předchozí domluvě lze dohodnout i tuto variantu. Během příznivého počasí lze snídat na terase s krásným výhledem na centrum města a Ještěd. Poloha hotelu je 10 z 10: nachází se na okraji pěší zóny samotného centra, přesto je hotel dobře dostupný autem (parkuje se v podzemní garáži) = vhodný jak pro aktivity v centru, tak i jako základna pro výlety do okolí.

Check in: zde spatřuji jediné slabé místo, protože se jedná o časově náročnou činnost. Jelikož je zde terminál pouze jeden, vidím riziko zdržení v okamžiku příjezdu více skupin najednou. Taktéž je dobré dohodnout si příjezd autem telefonicky nebo mailem, a s předstihem nahlásit SPZ - závora do garáží se otevírá automaticky skenováním SPZ.

Po wejściu do pokojów w każdym hotelu sprawdzam czy ktoś materac żeby nie było pluskw w tym hotelu nie było pluskw ale był bardzo zanieczyszczony brudny materac. Po zgłoszeniu personelowi został nam zmieniony pokój na podwyższony standard
