Hotel Demas München-Unterhaching

There are a few good things about this place: if you come with a car, you can park in the garage. But first, when you arrive, park on the normal level (you are at) behind the hotel (restaurant parking). Go inside for a check-in (we arrived 2 hours prior and the room was ready). They will give you a card that will give you access to the garage. From there you can take the elevator to the room. The bathroom in the room was amazing. There are really thick curtains so it's dark at night. The breakfast was good, sometimes there was something missing - cheeses etc. The location is perfect - 5 minutes from the S-bahn that takes you to Marienplatz in 15 minutes. I recommend the app MVGO to find the best route to get anywhere and buy tickets. There are also good restaurants around and a supermarket - EDEKA.

If the location is the only important thing for you, go for it. But otherwise stay away. The staff doesn't speak good English (it's hard to understand and it seems like they are not even trying to help you understand). They don't say Hi when you come inside the hotel or in the morning, unless you greet them first. The room is not good. The beds are very soft and it hurts your back. There is only one window so you can't really make the wind flow in the room. The kitchenette is a joke - no salt, no dishsoap, no sponge, no kitchen towel. You can't really cook there. When we arrived, we didn't see it, because it was locked in a closet - we had to ask them to open it. You can hear everything from other bedrooms. There was really hot too, during the night. They gave us only one card. When you leave, you really have to swing the door a lot to close it, otherwise it stays open.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, mit Schick. Sehr bequeme Betten, alles Tip top sauber. Parken konnten wir in der Tiefgarage. Gegessen haben wir nicht, daher kann ich das nicht beurteilen. Die Bar ist auch sehr schön, etwas hochpreisig. Für uns war das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis super.

An der Rezeption war nur beim auschecken der junge Mann richtig freundlich.

Hotel muy lindo. Una recepción y restaurante muy bien decorados. Hotel muy acogedor. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas. Nosotros estábamos en una habitación triple y era de buen tamaño. El desayuno muy rico y completo.
