Take long time to check in, about 25-30 min even had paid and booked in advance.

The people at the front desk are very nice and helpful. It’s just the management of this property from when I first came here pre-2017 change completely not for the better used to be a great spot now it’s run down that breakfast buffet forget about it. The Wi-Fi Constantly failure and for sure all you’ll get as a corporate response. Sorry for the inconvenience. Maybe we can do better in the future, which you should know that will never happen.

Hotel staff and security were lovely, breakfast and breakfast staff were excellent, and the room was of equal value.

Old, but well maintained hotel. Quiet and peaceful. Restaurant had nice meals and friendly waitress. Concierge, Darryl, was very helpful and committed to customer relations. Porters at the door were very informative.

Room had a window, but no view. I had requested a view and a late check-out. Neither was considered. Front desk staff were only focused on more revenue.

They put a credit hold to my account when i checked in. I was told they would release the credit hold after a week. After 1 month, i never got credit back. When I reached out to them about the charge, they told me they couldn’t do anything about it and that i would have to escalate the charges to my bank.
