Complex Kamelia

The location is close to the main lifts - easy walk with apre-ski boots but not so much with ski boots. There was a mini bus available with limited pick up times. Also the hotel has its own kids "mini park", good for smaller kids and first time skiing. We stayed in an "apartment" type of room which was very spacious but by no means 4 stars. Spa is new and nice (note that kids under 12 are not allowed), pool nice but quite small. Breakfast is great, especially when the omelet bar is open (unfortunately for us, only 2 out of 4 days)

This is not a 4 star hotel by any European Standards. Service was basic to non existent. Staff was quite unfriendly with very few exceptions. Everything was charged extra (bathrobe, second spa towel in case first got wet, lose of plastic key card etc). Smart TV was not working and when I asked the stuff they replied that "it is not THAT smart" - ie no Netflix, YouTube etc. Playroom for older kids was sad, and most of our stay it was occupied by a school that had a visit.

Good location, close to the lift. We hired a ski instructor for 2 h and he was great, helpful and fun, gave good advice so we gained in confidence Most of the staff were positive and welcoming

Late check in (after 3 pm) If you want a bath robe to go to the Spa, you have to pay

Friendly and supportive staff, kids facilities, dining area, ski rentals, everything We stay here several years already, and will come back for another great experience

The location is perfect for skiing, there are a lot of activities suitable for children and even for the little ones. The food was good. The staff is very helpful and the place is really clean.

The pool is small and cold for our preference. The rooms need a little more hangings.

The only positive thing about the property is its location

* Hotel is totally, without exception, with its every detail : worn-out * Inside temperature is extremely hot. * the chlorine smell coming from Level1 (where the pool is) mixes with odor at Level2 (where the master kitchen-restaurant is) + the odor of very old carpets... you cant imagine how it becomes with the extremen hot internal weather of the hotel. * Besides all of the above, except the employe at the SKI DEPOT, all the rest members were : rude, morose, arrogant... The bartender ("Atanas") had always a bad attitude. I would be telling more about him but no need to spend any more energy for him.. Conclusion : stay away from this "building" (struggling to call it a hotel)
