Location is the main plus point for me.

One of the beds in my twin room had a mattress that was uncomfortable, it actually seemed like the springs or support were worn out and hence was very noisy. I noticed one of the provided hand towels had not been cleaned and had several small stains. I accept that the rooms are basic but linen should be replaced upon being used by a guest. I will add I have used this hotel occasionally in the past without issue so was disappointed to find it below expectation on this stay.
