Slight mix up during our evening meal but nothing that spoils our stay and disappointed the shower gel wasn't full in our room for us both to use
FRThe Greyhound is a charming hotel - a real home from home. It is warm, comfortable and very friendly. The food is good and the room beautifully designed and maintained. As an elderly guest, I applaud the layout of the staircase, which is progressive and reassuring. This makes the absence of a lift much more acceptable. This was our first visit but quite possibly not our last.

The noise of the main door by our room kept slamming and woke us up very early and wouldn't stop banging. Then the beer keg delivery arrived outside our window to add to the noise. (room 102) Plus noisy pipes in the room that came on at 3am in the morning. So yes a very noisy night and morning and hardly no sleep. A big shame as everything else was spot on.
