The restaurant staff were amazing and what really saved this hotel stay

Having to give a 1500 pesos deposit in cash regardless that we were paying by credit card and not being advised of this prior to arrival. When checking out they had to go check the room which is normal but took forever. When I went to check why they were making the beds in the room and cleaning before letting the front desk know everything was good for our deposit to be returned.

Beer ,karaoke and the staff

After long time without hot shower 🚿 i really look forward for hot shower. But hot shower did not work . I ask can u fix they say yes. We go out have fun come back stil not fix . Our child go to bed already then they say we will transfer u . This is not ok but hey good bed good beer nice staff

The staff were all exceptional, welcoming and professional

furniture in room outdated, no fridge in the room, no coat hangers, swimming pool closed, bar closed, tv choice very limited

very cold aircon and soft bed

some parts of the room were broken

no smoking room

i like the ambiance at the lobby and the bar

but I didn’t like the rooms we stayed in it’s not as clean as what you can see on the pic. and the location of the hotel, it is a bit scary because it’s so dark outside. you would not want to go out at night, it doesnt feel safe.
