"Disappointing. We paid for 2 nights but had to leave after 1 night. Hotel refused to give refund."

Complimentary breakfast spread was good. Alcarte dinner items were tasty

Due to shortage of staff, service quality deteriorated versus 10 years back when we stayed on official conference. Door locks were defective. TV did not work. Basic amenities like tea/ coffee kettle and sachets were not provided.

"Average . Only weekend might b good weekdays no staff"

Weekdays staff is less. There was powercut always . It took one hr for power to come back and no water for an hr. Not much staff to help during weekdays
