There was no Wifi and no network available..

The ambience and surrounding were good and peaceful, apart from that i did not like anything, especially for stay it horrible

Firstly we booked for double bed and we were given two single bed. Then we requested for another room, then they gave us a room where wifi were not working, fan were not working and continuous power off. This was the last visit, will never come again

Place and location was good. No complaint on food though, as all items were excellent.

Service is very slow. Check in and check out is extremely slow. We had raised complaint on AC water dripping, hot water problem, kettle was not working, hair dryer was not available and mini fridge was not available (this was mentioned during the booking). Room service was slow, fresh towels were given basis request during morning. Not much options in the TV. TV in the hall wasn't working only room tv was working. I did complaint all these to HR but not sure if there would be any actions taken.

The services were very poor. We have vacated the resort a day before the checkout date due to poor and unprofessional services. No Wi-Fi provided No TV services activated No room cleaning done inspite of multiple calls and requests Customer services and receptionist services are very poor and I regret visiting the resort. It’s not value for money at all . Need a lot of improvements and I would also not suggest booking.com for booking platform as its supporting us and assisting us anyway when we need a help or support

The food was horrible even after. They never had any kind of facilities mentioned in the website like refrigerator, hair dryer basic toiletries were provided. The staff were not courteous. They said internet is available but that also was not provided. Only reasons were given. Overall I paid more than 9k for a day but experience was horrible. I would have rather stayed in a hotel. They said free continental breakfast but what was offered was horrible idli and poor bhaji.
