I loved the spa.

The employee when I came to the reception was on the phone and I was waiting for him for more than 20 minutes till he finished his call. I found a huge spider in my Room.

Heated pool was not working

Only plus this hotel has is nice pool area (what everybody writes here) and we had at least nice sea view from the second floor and I liked the palms & plants but that we haven't had full privacy it killed almost everything, anyway we stayed just 2 nights, so it was quite quick over

We got the corner appartment, where are doors in between, so we haven't had normal privacy - the family next to us been a couple with a child so we heard everything! I guess having privacy is basic and a must in every hotel. We decided to ask the stuff for other room, but the room they offered really didn't look like on the pictures, when I made my booking. Anyway the guy on reception told be, that the neighbor family with the child are leaving tomorrow...so we stayed in the room. But they normally stayed and it was loud also the next day...we had to put the music on and close any doors we could. Annoying! I mean I love kids and have nothing against them, but this is something different, you paid for comfort, for privacy, but what is this hotel...it's neglected, needs renovations, and the service is not customer oriented unfortunately. Hair dryer was destroyed it smelled and was burned when I tried to turn it on, even you risk some possible accident!? A bit too much...Even the guy on reception which was very friendly when we came, then lied to me when he said the loud neighbors from the next room will leave?

Unfortunately not a single thing.

It was old, dated, smelt, nothing like the photos you advertise (this is very misleading of Booking) The WiFi service did not work. There were electricity cables hanging out of all the walls in corridors. The shower was appalling and the entire bathroom was covered with water during taking a shower. We paid for breakfast but it was so dirty we didn’t take it.

Large pool, the staff were exceptional, very hard working.

Unfortunately this resort has suffered since COVID. The whole place needs some TLC and is very tired looking. There is a lack of staffing numbers, the staff they have cannot be faulted, they all multi task and can’t be more hardworking and helpful. It’s such a shame as this used to be a very nice place to stay. I hope the management finds a way to improve this, understandably like many in the hospitality sector they are suffering from high running costs.

Villa was brilliant, very safe and clean

One member of staff very rude. They don’t accept card. You have to walk on a dirt road to get to hotel. Free transfer don’t exist, we had to pay out of pocket on arrival at hotel after waiting 40mins after booking timing and making three phone calls. Told I had to speak with booking.com and even if we did get a free transfer it is only one way. On arrival at hotel told we had no booking and had to wait a half an hour for someone else to arrive to find out if we had a booking and where we would stay.
