Comfy bed convenient location

They disrespected my handicap husband. After he was trying to leave she raised her voice followed him out and basically called him a liar. She didn't stop until he raised his pant leg and she saw his leg was a prosthesis even then no apology no nothing we were disgusted. Next time we will stay somewhere else

Worst nights stay. Literally only needed this room for sleeping but failed its job. Room was very hot even after adjusting temp - very loud heater/air unit. Bedding scratchy and loud when you moved. Our family did not sleep well at all - woke up many times to air/heat unit. Very disappointed as we had a 6 1/2 hr dive the next day. The pic below shows upper bathroom door frame filled with dust, dirt & hair on it.

I have stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites twice, now. Each time, it was for an entire week. One of those times, I needed to add another day, and it was a smooth process to do that. The parking is easy and the location is close to KU. My room was quiet and clean. The staff was outstanding! They made me feel like I was at home away from home. They are the reason why I stayed there the second time. The cookies in the lobby are a great treat at the end of a long busy day. The exercise room, while small, is clean and well-equipment with everything I needed, and available 24/7. The fridge in the exercise room is stocked with water and there is an abundance of clean towels. Whenever I had a need or a question, the staff was quick to address it. Both times that I arrived, it was in the wee hours of the morning, around 2 am. The night manager was incredibly welcoming and happy to see me. He put me at ease and I knew that I could count on him to address any issues that might arise. One of the two times I visited, I mentioned that my sink did not drain well. He addressed it right away. The breakfast is a variety of cold and hot foods. It had everything that I needed and was available at 6 am each day, even on the weekends. (In other hotels in which I've stayed, breakfast starts later in the day on weekends, which is often too late for my activities.)

Clean, quiet, comfortable, reasonably priced

this was great place to stay. It was clean, and nice, but the best was the people were amazing. They would do anything they could to make your stay amazing.
