"Super mit kleinen Ausnahmen!"

Das Frühstück war super und immer reichlich vorhanden und für den Preis perfekt. Das Personal ist klasse und ist dem Gast entgegen gekommen und war sehr höflich. Der Spielplatz im Hof ist für Kinder und Eltern super gelegen. Die Rezeption ist 24 Std. besetzt.

Leider fehlen viele Informationen auf Booking.com bzw. im Hotel kommt dann die Überraschung. Selbst nach telefonischer Absprache mit dem Kundendienst von IHG sind im Hotel andere Standarts. Leider hatten wir Schimmel in der Dusche. Es wurden Parkgebühren erhoben (4€ pro Tag) dabei ist der Parkplatz für jeden befahrbar und zugänglich. Für den Hund werden 25€ pro Tag verlangt, worüber wir leider keine Informationen erhalten hatten.
