When I arrived to the hotel, the lobby looked nice, but once i got to the rooms, it had an old smell. Overall, the hotel was okay for the one night I stayed. My only problem was that we didn’t have enough hot water for the 5 of us to take a shower.

As we were looking into hotels in SLP not knowing the area I selected La Quinta and called the hotel directly. A gentlemen by the name of LUIS assisted us and was very pleasant but I had additional questions and called him back a couple of times and then I was truly impressed with his professionalism and extremely helpful. Luis went ABOVE & BEYOND the call of duty. I give Luis high recognition and would highly recommend this hotel. Luis works the night shift so if you happen to call at night you will probably get a Luis. Thumbs up for Luis and the hotel.
Had a Very nice comfortable stay and the staff was excellent! Rosario who was my house keeper took very good care of my room and always kept me well stock with my necessities. Also I needed a late check out because of my filght schedule and the Hotel Boss accomodated me with extra time and took good care of my bags while I was in the afternoon after I checked out of my room while I went to go eat. Happy Customer! Room 401 Stayed between 3/20 -3/23
Friendly staff and quick check in. Hotel very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great too
Took two hours to find it and only found it eventually via another hotels van driver let us follow him there-he said "oh you will never find it. We followed him through the gate which resulted in a Long delay leaving the next a.m. The people who checked us in didn't mention this silly rule and the desk clerks the next morning were also unhelpful, taking 29 min. to decide we would have to deal with the parking lot company. The parking lot people said its hotel rules and that they always pass the buck. Horrible experience. The bed was comfortable-only good thing about the place.
This was a clean hotel with good beds. It is not easy to find at first but I would recommend this hotel if you are passing thru San Luis Potosí
we arrive early and kindly they give us the 2 rooms immediatly abu two hours before check in time thats a plus because i install quicker and arrive early to my first meeting
All was great but room kept having ac problems
No hot water, jacuzzi didn't work, bottom rung on pool ladder gone making it very hard to get out.
