The minibus service to the Port.

The Housekeeping service was very erratic and when we arrived at our room the toilet seat was broken.

Food beverage very good but very expensive

The layout of hotel was awful,349 steps or 5 lifts to get from our room to adult only pool.Everything had to be booked, even space in the bar.Generally poor value for money.

The hotel has stunning views and the property is amazing. The service is meh but that is the same across Europe where nobody is in a hurry to do anything. The staff were friendly but they didn’t go out of their way to help you get from the hotel to the port etc. this is the biggest complaint. The hotel sits 1.7kms up a very steep hill from the port. Lack of shuttles and help getting rides was awful. I’d never go back. Dripping sweat everyday time we had to walk down or up. If you go rent a car or scooter. Cause it ruined the stay.
