La ubicación derivado que estuvo cerca de la plaza ámbar lo que ayuda a buscar cosas de comprar o comer.

El ascensor (que es mediante tarjeta) no permite más que subir al piso donde está tu habitación y al lobby, pregunté podría llegar al piso de mi compañero (diferente piso) y me dijeron que sería subir y bajar por las escaleras de emergencia, no contemplan esa opción de ir a otro piso. Solicité una plancha la cual me pidieron una identificación para poder usarla, (aunque anteriormente ya habían sacado una copia a mi credencial) y me la devolvieron hasta entregar la plancha. El clima no tiene control por lo que debes pararte y presionar los botones para ajustarlos a tu gusto, además de que visualmente es muy ostentoso, además de que los baños, espejos, y detalles del interior se notan desgastes de la habitación, lo cuál deja algo que desear derivado de su precio. El desayuno incluido, no suele tener variedad más que chilaquiles, frutas y yogurt, entre otras cosas, además de contar aprox, con solo 5 mesas, y habilitar la sala de reuniones para ayudar a los demás huéspedes a tener espacio para comer.

"No hay agua caliente. Mucho ruido de autos. No me hospedaré de nuevo."

No hay ruido interno, de los vecinos de cuarto.

No me notificaron que no había agua caliente. Se escucha demasiado ruido de las ventanas proveniente de las calles por los autos y camiones que transitan tan cerca a lo largo de toda la noche.
