Aparato del Aire acondicionado muy ruidoso. el ruido de los camiones en la avenida se oye demasiado durante la noche. Ha descuido en detalles de mantenimiento: el tapis de la pared se está despegando, el tapón del lavabo no es el adecuado, los soportes del toallero se están separando de la pared
