Very disappointing and not worth the money! This hotel was a big letdown. food not tasty at all, the restaurant is too noisy and not clean, the staff at the reception was not so polite. bathroom and shower were not clean. air conditioner was so noisy it was hard to sleep. The bed was uncomfortable. we paid for the drink at the bar even it was all inclusive! Overall, this hotel does not meet even basic expectations. Definitely not recommended!

servizio eccellente, animazione presente ma non invadente…per non parlare della struttura stessa a mio avviso impeccabile. non avevamo aspettative alte per il cibo ma invece ci siamo trovati benissimo e non abbiamo mai avuto problemi con ghiaccio o acqua

unico problema che abbiamo riscontrato è la smagnetizzazione della carta per aprire la camera, ovviamente in reception non ci hanno fatto problemi anzi super gentili

Il resort è molto grande e ben curato nei minimi dettaglia!il personale è estremamente gentile e pronto a esaudire ogni tua richiesta. Il cibo è buono e vario:colazione spaziale,a Parma o è cena ci sono opzione vegane,vegetariane,carne pesce zuppe vari tipi di riso,verdure cotte e crude e ogni sera c’è una cultura culinaria predominante(serata indiana,egiziana,mediterranea ecc).E’la seconda volta che vengo e sicuramente ci tornerò
