"Rose Garden is a well - appointed and quiet motel with a friendly welcome."

It was quiet and spacious. I could park outside the door. I was made welcome and was given a map of Geelong when I asked. It had a good heater, almost instant hot water and enough lighting.

I am a blanket person, and dislike doonas. I forgot to check and when I found a heavy doona later in the evening, I had to discard it onto the couch. I used the two towels on top of the cover, and it was sort of OK. I would have liked the choice of a blanket . There was only a very heavy looking bedspread in the closet. Next time I travel I will bring my soft and light polar fleece blanket.
