The balcony door would not lock the lock was all loose luckly the wire screen door did lock. IThis should have been reported by the ckeaning staff abd repaired befor it was given to any guests.

The location for my needs were excellent. It's close to some really good restaurants and cafes on the open air mall. The staff were extremely polite and helpful.

The air-conditioner wasn't working.

I found the room to have small German cockroaches which really worried me
