Neo Hotel Pattaya

We stayed for an extra day. No water pressure, shower head needs descaling and the water was cold, reported 3 times but still water was cold over 2 days!!. A/C kept making a loud cracking noise every 30 minutes throughout both nights!! Tap on sink was loose, when engineer come to check cold water he see tap was very loose but done nothing about it!! Overall an uncomfortable stay because of water and A/C. Engineering staff let the hotel down, reception staff very good.

Did not enjoy this hotel the windows kept rattling it can do with an upgrade. Only good thing it was in a great location.

We were on a diving trip. We simply needed a room for the night and take showers. It was centrally located within a few steps from the Bhat bus routes. It was easy to get to and back from the Real Diver shop. The 7-Eleven about 100m was convenient for grabbing snacks and beverages before leaving the shores to the dive sites.

We didn't see any CCTV cameras in the corridors, so we felt unsafe leaving our passports and money. There was a safebox mounted to the wall. A rug by the bathroom would have been good to prevent bathroom water from getting into the bedroom floor.
