Good staff. Beds were fairly comfortable. Great location near the harbor.

The shower completely flooded the bathroom floor anytime it was used. I could hear the guys working in the harbor the second they started their day. It’s pretty pricey for clearly being an older hotel with fairly small rooms/bathrooms.

Great location. Great value. Nice communal areas and facilities like water taps in the lobby for refilling water. Staff were extremely helpful when we needed to move room. Thank you.

Rooms on the street side were quite noisy. Studio room was not that comfortable for our family of 5 but once we moved it was great.

We arrived late to the hotel and wanted dinner. Although the restaurant was near closing time, the staff were accommodating and friendly. My son is very picky about his cheeseburgers, and he loved the one he ordered. Also, the front desk staff (in particular Giorgio) were very helpful with recommendations and allowing us to store our luggage after check-out while we went exploring.

An explanation about how to turn on the lights in our room would have been helpful. This may have been provided but we were tired, so it took a while to figure out that we had to stick our room key card into the little slot by the door!
