great apartment,lovely weather.fantastic location near to beach,bars ,restaurants and shops.the apartment was spotless and well equipped,it had a giant bed which was very comfortable also english channels on the tv.we will definately book again.

Clean , all the amenities you need, English tv channels are a bonus, very helpful staff

Couldn't see ourselves staying anywhere else in the future

We really liked this hotel especially as it was so close to the beach. The room itself was very spacious and clean and towels were changed 3 times when we were there. The only disappointment for us was that there was no balcony, but that could have been our own fault as we asked for a room with a seaview. If we were to go back I would like a room with a balcony. I can't comment on the pool or the pool area as I am a beach person and as we were so close to the beach I went there everyday. Staff in the hotel and the bar were all very friendly and helpful and everything was very reasonably priced. We would stay here again

On arrival we at 11am we were told that they would try and get our room asap about an hour later we had our room which was great considering check in is 3pm. The room was clean but in need of a little TLC the sofa was very uncomfortable and we didnt have a balcony which i didnt realise when i booked so partly my fault. The pool area is very quiet and plenty of sunbeds but sadly they really need a good clean as does the pool. You need to pay for the air con but it was well worth it the apartments are very central and right next to all the bars and restaurants and you are 5 mins from the beach if you are not spending alot of time in the apartment and not to fussy then these are a great base.

Really nice hotel and it's only a two minute walk from the beach. Would recommend.

Lovely little apartment, close to the beach- quiet at night. Delicious food available- really reasonable- must be why so many spaniards eat there too!

Close to beach shops etc. One street back from the beach Flat ground no hills beautiful promenade Hotel has everything you need even does duvets in the colder months This was my third visit and would definately return

I'm not a picky traveller and I have never wrote a negative review for one of my stays but my experience at this hotel was terrible. Let me start saying that Im a Spaniard living in the US. I travel to Spain around 3 times a year and this hotel is by far the worst I seen. I had a 4 day reservation for a 1 br family suite. They gave me a 1st floor tiny apt facing the garbage container, I asked to change rooms but they told me the hotel was sold out even though they had available rooms online.... The worst thing is that the Ac wasn't working, i told the supervisor in the morning and he said he will send me the maintenance guy, when I got back from the beach there was a young kid in the front desk and basically told me that there was no maintenance guy for the day and that there was nothing he could do . I had to wait until the following date. Manager was also gone so he told us in a very rude way that it wasn't his fault and that we had to wait for the manager to come the following day. I asked him to have the manager call me as soon as she came. This never happened, I tried to cancel the rest of my reservation but they declined and didn't even offer a different room. After 2 days of bad customer service and not getting what I paid for i decided to leave to another hotel and deal with Expedia this terrible experience. Area is amazing and I recommend you to go to la carihuela but don't stay in this hotel. You will regret it!
