Perfect location, supper food was a bit oily

waiting for a long time at the reception and the receptionist take care of a family who arrived after us as she knows them. Its quite unfair as we waiting for quite 1 hour

I liked the location - cross the road and u r at the beach

my room was so far from reception

The security was very rude. The bed sheet was dirty The mattress was place upside down where we got a lot of inconvenience to sleep. Where in the middle of the night we had to turn the mattress in the right position. The body wash in the shower had a foul smell. No swimming towel available when asked this happened twice

The rooms were always well cleaned and the property was very clean and well maintained. The staff were always so welcoming and kind

The TV channels were not working

Location and the breakfast was also ok.

Internet didn't work really good, especially in the room. The staff was ok, but some of them a little bit unfriendly and unfair. We asked about a taxi and they said a price, but then we paid more and the taxi driver was unpolite and not nice with us.
