"Interesting place in the center of Ghent. A bit expensive, but ok for a business stay"

7.0

Close to city center; room was spacious, clean, good bed and beautiful bathroom. Breakfast was good too . There was a decent adjustable airco

Getting to the room was not easy: elevator, long hall, stairs. It was warm below the roof. Opening windows revealed that outside it was very noisy from air vents all night.

"Decent value and good location"

7.0

We had a spacious room, and the double glazing on the external and internal windows meant there was no noise from outside. The room was clean. The location was at the edge of the city centre, with good restaurants, bars and visitor attractions in easy reach. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast seemed reasonable value with good choice.

The extractor fan in the toilet was noisy, which was.a nuisance for night time visits. The temperature control for the shower did not seem to work properly and difficult to adjust to a comfortably warm temperature. The dead fly on the window sill on the stairs between reception and 1st floor that was there when we arrived.was still there 3 days later.
