Noise between rooms

Probably the nicest place we stayed at our trip. We were overwhelmed with how pretty the area was. A big plus for having a warmed-up pool in late september. Would love to come and stay again. Food was great and the staff was really friendly and helpful.

Die Anlage an sich ist sehr schon und gut gelegen aufgrund der Nähe zu Florenz. Ein Auto ist dennoch ratsam. Das Personal ist sehr nett, das Essen in der Trattoria sowie das Frühstück ganz gut. Die Zimmer waren leider nicht sonderlich toll. Zum einen waren sie absolut nicht sauber. Haare vom Vorgänger auf der Klobrille, am Heizkörper und auf dem Toilettenpapier. Die Schutzhülle eines Rasierers lag im Abfluss in der Dusche und im Schlafbereich kamen überall Staubknollen hervor. Ich hatte das Personal an der Rezeption an zwei aufeinander folgenden Tagen freundlich gebeten das Bad erneut zu reinigen. Es passierte leider nichts. Das Zimmer hatte innen eine verriegelte Tür zum Nachbarzimmer. Man musste zwangsweise jedes Gespräch, jede Dusche und jeden Toilettengang und andere Dinge der Gäste „ertragen“. Am Tag der Abreise machte ich nochmals auf die Sauberkeit aufmerksam. Die Dame an der Rezeption bat uns eine Mail an die Besitzer zu schreiben. Nach über eine Woche und zwei Mails später, habe ich bis jetzt keine Rückmeldung. Kein Entgegenkommen, keine Entschuldig - nichts. Alles in allem sehr ernüchternd - vor allem mit einem Baby.

Location is amazing. State is beautiful, very well maintained, greenery and flowers all around, two pools, relaxing zones

Accommodation was very modest, done in rural style. Cleaning was needed before using anything in the kitchen. We had a huge problem with mosquito without any solution which caused sleepless nights for us. Noise coming from lack of sound isolation was extreme.Restaurant was mostly closed during the day so if you would like to have a coffee sometime after breakfast it was not possible. It is a vineyard with wine production but we didn’t like the wines

The views were great

Didn’t receive the room we booked. Very cheap decor and finishing to the room. Was rushed during checking and did not receive the 10 minute tour that check in person promised us. There are way better Agriturismo to stay at than this one. Avoid if possible

Die Aussicht aus unserem Appartement

Das nächste Mal buchen wir nicht übers Wochenende. Dann ist es sehr voll. Außerdem war der Pool für eine Privatveranstaltung gebucht und an einem Tag für die Hotelgäste nicht verfügbar. Das Appartement war leider sehr hellhörig - so dass man von den Gästen nebenan mehr gehört hat als man wollte (Kindergeschrei, Toilettengang, Geschlechtsverkehr).

The property was stunning, and they had a decent restaurant. Staff were welcoming and met our expectation.

For what we paid, the rooms were very small. Walls and ceiling was very thin so we could hear most neighbors chatting and walking around. If you book this place, make sure you get a room that is isolated from neighbors!! I am not sure of any of the other rooms are any bigger, but we did't even have space for our luggage.

Mooie agriturismo, met 2 zwembaden. Ze hebben een goed restaurant erbij, personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt prima, kamer super, elke dag bed opgemaakt en schone handdoeken.
