Hotel Las Dunas

It is a very nice hotel, has everything to rest for a holiday or adter a day of work. Rooms are outdated and can be upgraded a lot, speacially for the price of the hotel. They do not allow to bring delivery, and even though the restaurant is good they forced you to spend your money there if you do not have the option to go out at night. The fitness center is very well equiped, amd they have a spa so you can pay for different tyoes of massages, however, I payed for and hour and got less than 50 minutes.

Hermoso hotel

My family really enjoyed this hotel. The hotel has multiple for every member of the family to enjoy. My only one comment is that on Friday and Saturday we took part of the karaoke. It seemed that one of the staff members had friends there because everyone would sign up and our songs would take forever to show up, if they even showed up. She’d give preference to her friends. There was a group that showed up 30 minutes after we put in our songs and they sang before us. It definitely put a bad taste in how they run their activities giving preference to friends than guests. The one thing the hotel should try to include the tax and the service fee. Even though we do get the message that those will be charged separately. I’ve never seen a hotel in Peru. I even stayed at really prominent hotels. Peru charge me additional fees. Other than that, this place was amazing. I would definitely come back. The hotel is like a second home in which you wish to just stay there like Ica has so many things that you can visit and you don’t wanna miss anything in the hotel. We did had an enjoyable stay that was the only thing that we could have as a comment any type of mishap or any type of situation was easily solved by the hotel within minutes.

It is a very beautiful hotel ! Family friendly ! Has a lot of things to do for kids even its own mountain for san board ! Rooms are ok very clean ! With a balcony with a A VIEW! Surrounding by nature , pool area is nice for kids , the bar is very good food is nice there ! Every night they have a show ! And the people is very kind ! Needs some improves in some areas but in general is well maintained Kids have activities and received tickets and they can change it ! One thing that I have never seen in any other hotel is an activity that was taught by a woman to knit, they give you the wool and they pay you for the activity in Dunas (tickets) love it !!!

The grounds are impeccable, the staff is amazing! Full of life, very attentive and knowledgeable. Enrique, Denny and Hugo made our luch perfect!! The ceviche was the best yet on my trip! The drinks were delicious, sol de luren was almost too beautiful to drink!! And we haven't even checked in yet!! Enrique and his staff was our first impression of Hotel Las Dunas and they set the standard wayyy high!

Great property with a wide variety of activities: sand boarding, horseback riding, water slide, rock climbing wall, sport courts, and even an entire animal sanctuary. We enjoyed the multiple pools and the delicious food. Everything is well priced and the staff is so friendly. Property looks better in person than pictures.

Los ambientes estan muy bien diseñados para compartirlo en familia y la atención del personal fue bastante detallista, definitivamente volvería.

Beautiful place in Ica. This is a resort to enjoy a few days but we were only here 2 nights because we valued the hotel category in this part of Peru. Tons of things to do for kids all ages. Has a decent gym. VERY clean.
