Hosts are great! Good suggestions for dinners. Apartment with two bedrooms was amazing. Could live there for awhile. Free parking and convenient. Very nice remodelling.

Very convenient location. The apartment we had was well appointed, and Giuseppe was very helpful booking a restaurant after making recommendations of dining options. The offsite breakfast was a very affordable and abundant selection from options. Free parking available with this apartment nearby was very convenient.

From the moment we stepped out of the taxi until we got in the hotelier was welcoming, friendly and made sure we had everything from our room to places to eat and drink. On top of that the rooms were comfortable, large in size, beautifully decorated, quiet, cool. The bathroom with jetted tub was particularly nice! Location was excellent with many food and wine options nearby. Will definitely be back for a week next time!!

Our favorite stay in Italy! We were here for 3 days out of our 2 week stay. It was the most enjoyable stay! Beautiful surroundings and with the help of the wonderful owners, we were able to do so much in a short period of time. We will definitely be back!!!

Nice place, good service. It's in a historic part of town and isn't easy to get to by car, but is worth the trouble. Right near everything, including a wonderful art nouveau style cafe that's practically across the street. Good service. The only complaint is you could hear other guests thumping around above, but this is a small, residential style building, so that's something you'd expect. Montepulciano is a great historic town.

Giuseppe was a wonderful host! He is welcoming, helpful, and provided recommendations for dinner & wine tastings. The location of the property couldn’t be be better! There are several view points which are quick to access and a popular breakfast restaurant with view and patio seating right across the street. We loved our stay and would happily stay here again.

The stay at this property was incredible! The husband-wife duo who run this quaint bed-and-breakfast right in the heart of the town of Montepulciano were so welcoming and offered so many wonderful suggestions for great meals and wine tastings within walking distance. I also loved the amount of space in my room, and it overlooked the main street, which allowed for a fun people-watching experience! I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Montepulciano!

Lots of tall steps to rooms. Plenty of hot water in shower. Large rooms with coffee in room and chocolates in hallway.

Very good value for money and Giuseppe and Louisa are very pleasant and helpful. Nothing glamorous, but location is excellent and it worked extremely well for us.
