friendly and helpful staff and decent room.

The hot water quantity seems limited as there was no running hot water on my second morning. There were noisy neighbors on the same floor and you heard loud voices from your room. The bathroom has mold on the grout, and there is a faint musty smell throughout the entire room. The same goes for the air conditioning.
