"Relax at the swimming pools and within a bus and train ride of Venice"

8.0

Stayed 5 nights, the rooms were spacious the bathroom was clean and modern and included a bidet. The hotel is modern and in the countryside. At the end of the hotel in a seperate building is a Argentinian restaurant specialising in beef , but we ate Mostly Pasta at less than ten Euro. Behind that are two large, clean open air swimming pools surrounded by grass. We spent a lot of time there. We had no car, so walked to the local village to catch a bus and train to Venice, Treviso and Padova. The village had a small supermarket and a good take away pizza shop. We got directions from one of the staff who spoke English, we don't speak Italian. Breakfast isn't flash. We would stay again.

"What a disaster!!!"

2.0

Quite possibly the most terrible place I have ever stayed! It was a nightmare. Just to get the basics such as sheets, towels, bathmat were a challenge. They simply did not want to co-opperate with me. I guess the costs must be too much for their owner. And the shower was a steel pipe sticking out of the wall. Breakfast was dismal at best. If they were to be a change their attitude towards customers, things could change. (Note they said that this has been how they have been doing things for 20 years. Though I imagine that in this case some things will never change).

"BEWARE!!!!!"

2.0

Scandal!!!! 1. No continental breakfast, It was the worst breakfast ever!!! It had NOTHING!!! 2. Could not sleep becasue they had 50 italian schoolchilds there on holiday. It seems like they lived for making noise to 3 in the night than it started again at 7 in the morning. 3. Languageproblems! NO ONE speaks english! I thought that if they is running a international hotel you MUST speak some english like the ordinary frases. 4. The one and only time they served us food in the hotelretaurant they offered us some pasta and tomatosauce. We took it with 2 bottles whitewine and 1 red. (7 persons) It cost us €75.......! 5. One day they could not serve us food. A guy Fabio told us to eat out on a restaurant. He said the hotel should pay for the food if we took a receipt. We did that but no money back....! + €100!!! 6. No swimmingpools was open 7. The rooms was not in good conditions. 8. VERY expensive minibar. No pricelists awaileble. 9. Our flight left late at night the day we should go home. I maked a deal with Fabio in the reception that we keeped the rooms for 4 extra hours on the homegoing day. That was okay. €20 per room. 4 x €20 = 80. When we checked out he demand 4 x €50 = €200!!!! Total cost he screwed us on is €475!!!! BEWARE OF THIS CRAPHOTEL!

"Horrible place!"

2.0

It was a horrible experience. After our late arrival semi-drunk person at the reception passed us a key to the room which looked like a room in a hostel, not a 4* hotel. Add loud music from the disco till 1AM, broken AC termostat, water covering bathroom floor including toilet, squashed flies on the walls, broken TV remote, no minibar with simple water, etc. Staff was totally unresponsive to our complains, suggesting to talk to the manager next morning. After pathetic dry breakfast next morning we talked to a lady, who pretended to be a manager. She totally denied all our complains and was extremely rude. No need to add that we left the place right after. Anybody who decides to book the room there should really think twice before doing it!

"Unfriendly Out of the Way"

2.0

Villa Isabela Noalesce 67 Santa Maria Venice Date: May 14, 2007 Reviewer: A TripAdvisor Member, Cape Town UK Fortunately, we only booked one day and got a better, more centrally situated hotel. The breakfast consisted of a range of prepackaged cookies and cling wrapped breadrolls which must have been a few days old. Hotel staff response queries was abrupt and dismissive. The hotel is out of the way with no interesting sites nor shops accessible without a car. If is around 25 km with a toll road from Venice. sg Cape Town

"nice with some luxury halls and clean, ideal for couples with baby"

8.0

I was happy all 8 days I have been there, because in December it was not busy and therefore quite. You really need a car unless you want to pay lots of euros for hotel reservaion. anyway, I rented a car through Transavia and I got a good deal. Also the hotel was 40 euros cheaper than normal when I booked it through Transavia. Not that I like Transavia, hey but if I can get the same hotel for 59 euros per night per room instead of 99! even if hotel is in the middle of nowhere, it is nicely located between nice places in north of Italy: We went to see Venice of course, but also Garda lake (2 hours drive) and the mountains around. It was relaxing. Treviso is also a very beautiful city, to my surprise. Service in this hotel depends on who you get. There is a Blond guy who hardly says hi and there are two old people who are help out and are very friendly. But I am not sure if they speak english,so you will need to speak to the 'silent blond' receptionist if you need something. anyway, if you need coffee htere is a good bar in the hotel and they can make hot water for baby. Breakfast is not really worth it, but just get a very nice cappuccino and a pre-packaged cherry croissant in teh bar and you will start the day ok.
