The people work great and the bed was extremely comfortable

I wish there were more places outside my room where wi fi was good. I also wish there had been more then.A couple of pieces of fruit available in the morning.

This place needs to close. It is absurd that they bait and switch people with website pictures. My family showed up for four evenings and would not stay. Of course to late to cancel.

"Basic-level services at historic facility "

We anticipated a shared bathroom situation given the historic hotel. What we didn’t anticipate was the front desk is essentially at the Ballard Hotel, parking is tough in this neighborhood, and the swimming pool is located at the athletic club across the street which requires a lane reservation plus closed early (much to the dismay of my kiddo).
