The COLI Hotel Shenzhen

It was very near the Chinese University of Hong Kong Shenzhen where my son’s math competition was held.

Frokost var godt. Også hadde en kafe inn.

Rooms were dirty on surfaces. Windws had handprints all over, walls had questionable substances and marks. Dust on every surface. My collegue had the phone ringing several times each night. When she changed room, the lights all came on in the middle of the night.

The location and convenience settings..nearby famous parks and sporting venues..shopping mall restaurants and bars

Nothing to complain about

It is a good hotel but it commits the same mistake like other hotels in Winter, turn off room air-conditioning which makes the air inside the room stuffy and hot while outside is cold. However, the management responded very professionally and resumed air-conditioning within a few hours.

整體很好（設施、服務、餐飲、會議場地等），就是入住跟退房的輪候及處理時間有點長，一般都需要等候接近十五分鐘。

酒店本身舒適，服務員態度良好，只是四周圍住都係地盤，晨早開始到夜晚11點都係咁打椿，真係好嘈，酒店所謂免費提供耳塞，有D多餘.5星酒店住到咁,我都係第一次.

The room is clean and big, have free shuttle to Coco Park Shopping Mall.
