Breakfast was terrible. Could not eat the scrambled eggs or sausages. Tasted artificial. Coffee was undrinkable. The linen and pillows smelled musty. Towels were thin. Shampoo and conditioner were fine, but there was no body lotion and the bar soap was not up to par.

USBreakfast was good and had a variety to choose from. Breakfast was the best part of are stay. Facilities are in need of renovation and some repair. Very small pool! Disappointed pictures on booking site not same as real condition of facility. Staff was seemed uninterested in helping with request! Wouldn’t stay here again!

No staff at the front desk. Went ahead and left without checking out due to no staff at the front desk. Not even using the phone on the wall to let someone know we needed help.
USI had an excellent stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth, efficient, and well-organized. The staff was genuinely friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, which made a big difference. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, with plenty of space and all the amenities I needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel was quiet, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. Common areas were well maintained, and it was clear the property takes pride in cleanliness and upkeep.
