Beyond Krabi

Well maintained property with professional staff. Amazing infinity pool right next to the beach. Very good transportation between rooms and the main lobby.

Everything was excellent about the property and staff except for the following 1) no regular brewed coffee provided on most days 2). Omelets undercooked 3). Cocktails were bad. No alcohol in the 2 we had.

Nice Hotel. Good standard in mainbuilding hotel room. Hard bed, lack of bedmadres. Hope the hotel fix pool light because it’s so dark in evening. Nice breakfast and quick personnel in rest. But don’t eat lunch or dinner at hotel. Boring street outside but lovely beach restaurants 200 meters away too the right. Good Thai food every day and evening. Quiet surroundings so no party life. Shuttle bus to Ao Nang from hotel some evenings. We will come back next year 🤓

Great location for beach and local shops and restaurants .Garden view room was big and good standard.Breakfast was not good with little choice and cold and cheap products.I spoke to food and beverage manager and he wrote everything down and next day a big difference .There was bacon cooking and freshly served a better and tastier variety of Asian hot foods and even hams and salami and feta cheese put out instead of tasteless cheese and watery ham.The staff were all very friendly and helpful from Reception to bar and restaurant and that was appreciated.I would definitely stay again at the Beyond resort hotel 👌

Wonderful location and feel if you’re looking to escape for a bit. Perfect for getting trips to the islands and around Krabi. Food is good - lots of selection but not quite the authentic Thai food that you might be looking for. Make sure you stay in the bungalows rather than the hotel rooms. Wish we’d stayed longer!

The hotel is very nice but the location is not great. Too far from Ao Nang. The pool is crowded all the time with not enough chairs. The rooms are spacious but the beds are too hard.

Overall its a beautiful hotel a bit outside of the town but with an amazing beach view and a wonderful beach. Just wanted to say that Chong Ly, the girl from the travel office inside the hotel does an amazing job. She support us with our day trips!! She will provide and help you with all needs, give the best recommendations and has an wonderful Thai Smile. :-) Good job!!

The property was very nice and pleasant. Location was a bit far from Aonang cost of any local transportation from and to the hotel a bit expensive. We ordered pizza for room service and was a bit surprise that it was a frozen one, just microwaved (we think). However the staffs were very friendly, the room very nice (we stayed at the superior room)..overall good experience...

Staff was friendly, but it seemed like they wanted to nickel and dime you for everything. Even simply taking the water bottle from the room results in a charge. A ride from the airport is 1000THB each way, food at the restaurant is 400THB per plate (across the street at a local restaurant is 120). They didn’t even replace our towels during our 2 night/3 day stay, which was surprising. The property also seemed unfinished. The glass on our balcony was broken and the pool had a lot of pipe still visible. You couldn’t even really go in the water due to a lot of jellyfish being out front. Although it was fine, and there was a nice buffet breakfast included with the room, I wouldn’t stay at Beyond again.

Good maintenance on beautiful beach, really surprise that have a birthday day cake as gift from hotel in breakfast time, I’ll be back to this hotel again.
