The apartment is as in the pictures(not new or in good condition, but it is pictured correctly) and the surroundings were well maintained and beautiful. There is also parking on site

First, there is no information visible in Booking, but the apartments specifically are self-service, meaning that there is no cleaning of the room whatsoever - visitors are left with a bucket and a broom to clean themselves. When you check out you also have to throw out the collected trash yourselves. The air conditioning in the living room was making EXTREMELY loud noises, and staff claimed it cannot be fixed, but also that no one has informed them before that it was not working. We had to call reception every time we want to turn on the AC in the bedroom. The provided baby cot (that is at an additional fee) was dirty, torn and there were bolts pointing out of it. The staff was borderline rude and did not even apologise for the AC issue, also did not allow me to file an official complaint. This hotel/ resort is far from four stars, at least the apartment part, and was the low point of our whole experience in Sardinia.
