"... not good enough!"

We stayed one night on our way south to the Amalfi Coast. It was rather irritating we were charged 15 €/dog for our two dogs without any information in advance when we reserved the room. The hotel insisted also to keep the AC at 25 C as the lowest temp. Simply not ok in a bedroom. We will not book this hotel again.

"Berlusconi's favourite option"

We came to Bolzano from Innsbruck to visit some friends. Since the city was fully booked for the dates we decided to stay in this "hotel" since there was no other options. We came at 2 pm on a really hot summer day and there was no one in the reception even they say the service is 24h. We found out in a banner sticker on a second door that the check-in time started at 4 pm!!! After coming back two hours later and during the check-in the receptionist tried to inform us in a really poor English that the check-out time was at 10 am (...) The room is pretty basic. Small and low quality towels, two separate beds that you would need to rebuild every once and then and a shared balcony with the room next to. If you consider yourself fan of Berlusconi that's your hotel. You couldn't change to any other channel on the TV than the one who shows 24/7 Italians drama queens sponsored by the national Gigolo. Finally, in the next day morning try to find the exit in a corridor full of dirtt bed sheets, towels and pillows.
