Preis Leistung war in Ordnung, Gardasee fußläufig erreichbar über einen schönen beleuchteten Weg am Zufluss des Gardasees entlang. Parkplatz inklusive, Frühstück und Restaurant gut. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.

Lage direkt an der Autobahn.Unbedingt ein Zimmer zur Flussseite buchen, dann geht es, wenn die Fenster geschlossen bleiben. Die Bestuhlung im Frühstücksraum ist zur Hälfte defekt. Bei der Hälfte der Stühle ist die Sitzfläche gebrochen, sehr unangenehm.

Das beste an der Unterkunft war der Pool.

Das Personal tat immer freundlich. Eine Anfrage wegen fehlender deutscher Fernsehsender wurde erst mit dem Feierabend des Hausmeisters abgewiegelt. Das lief über 3 Tage. Als der Hausmeister nach 3 Tagen endlich Zeit hatte, erhielten wir die Information, dass bereits seit einer Woche kein deutsches Fernsehen empfangen werden kann. Auf Nachfrage musste ein Techniker angefordert werden. Der erschien bis zur Abreise nicht. Einer Bitte nach Bestätigung wurde nicht entsprochen. Begründung man kann mich nicht verstehen trotz Nutzung eines Übersetzungsprogramms. Wir haben dann aufgegeben. Das Frühstück war sehr mäßig. Die Sauberkeit ließ ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig. Der Balkon wurde die ganze Woche nicht geputzt.
